Mobile, mobile, mobile is the new location, location, location. Your product / website needs to work on mobile devices. When I say work, I mean transform for the device the user is ... usering. Also, just having the full blown website scaled down on the tiny screen doesn't cut the mustard . I've been using Macs since 1984, some might even say that I'm an Apple fan boy. Call me what you will, I just simply love a good experience with technology.
